Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia - LKPP is the National Public Procurement Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (commonly abbreviated as "NPPA"). LKPP is an independent government agency in Indonesia, operates primarily as a public procurement policy-making agency in Indonesia. The Agency was formed by the Government of Indonesia with main duties to implement development and formulation of public procurement policies in Indonesia. Agency (Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS) named the Center for Public Procurement Policy Development (Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Publik, abbreviated as PPKPBJ). The name Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah was officially launched in 2007 under the Presidential Regulation No 106 of 2007.
LKPP is based in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Jl Epicentrum Tengah Lot 11 B, Jakarta Selatan 12940. The Agency is organised as 1 Executive Secretary and 4 Deputy Chairs; Deputy Chair for Strategy and Policy Development, Deputy Chair for Monitoring Evaluation and Development of Information Systems, Deputy Chair for Human Resource Development and Deputy Chair for Legal Affairs and Complaints Handling. Since 3 July 2015, LKPP was lead by Agus Prabowo as the chairman of LKPP.

Requirements
- Minimum S1 Law (preferably in International Law).
- A minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
- Hands-on experience in scientific papers / journals / research is preferred.
- Able to use Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (active).
- Cover letter, addressed to Pejabat Pengadaan Direktorat Pengembangan Iklim Usaha dan Kerjasama Internasional LKPP;
- Curriculum Vitae;
- A copy of Identity Card;
- A copy of Diploma which has been legalized by the authorized official;
- A copy of the transcript which have been certified by the authorized official;
- Proof of the CAT (minimum score 70 for national vision test, 75 for general intelligence test and 126 for personal characteristics test). For CAT tests can be performed in the Civil Service Agency (BKN) or may attach proof of the CAT that has been done in the year 2015/2016;
- Latest color photos (3x4);
- Other relevant certificates or documents to support the application.
