PT Pegadaian (Persero) - Pegadaian is a well established state-owned financial services company in Indonesia with core competencies in pawning loan services. Pegadaian has its business activities focused in three sectors: financing, gold and various services. PT Pegadaian (Persero) is a non listed state-owned company and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. As of December 2015, Pegadaian has its legal domicile in Jakarta and runs its business through 12 regional offices, 59 area offices, 629 branch offices, 3.801 unit offices spread across Indonesia. The state-owned pawning loan company also directly employs nearly 12,179 permanent employees and 12,038 outsource employees.

Pegadaian’s business results in 2015 showed improved performance compared to 2015. According to PT Pegadaian (Persero) Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Pegadaian registered a 13.94% growth in total operating revenue value of Rp8.89 trillion as compared with Rp7.80 trillion in 2014. Pegadaian managed to record total net income of Rp1.94 trillion, an increase of 10.22% from the previous year of Rp1.76 trillion.

Requirements
  • Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
  • Male.
  • Minimum height of 158 cm.
  • Single/not married.
  • Minimum Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent and maximum Diploma Degree (D3).
  • Birth date
    • SMA equivalent graduate : 1 January 1996 or thereafter;
    • D1 graduate : 1 January 1995 or thereafter;
    • D2 graduate : 1 January 1994 or thereafter;
    • D3 graduate : 1 January 1994 or thereafter;
  • Minimum accreditation C for D1, D2, and D3 graduate, majoring in any field, except Midwifery, Nursing, Catering, Dressmaking, Makeup and beauty.
  • Average national exam score or Grade Point Average (GPA)
    • SMA equivalent : minimum average national exam score of 7 from 10 scale or qualitative score B.
    • D1, D2, D3 : minimum GPA of 2.50 from 4.00 scale.
  • Application is rejected if it does not attach a graduation diploma (SMA / D1 / D2 / D3).

  14. Color photograph 4x6 (3 sheets);
  15. Full-body photograph size 3R;

    • Willing to comply with all the provisions of the employees acceptance test of PT Pegadaian (Persero).
    • Stating the truth and validity of all documents attached.
    • Willing not to get married for 1 (one) year since he was appointed as permanent employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero).
    • Willing to be placed throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
    • Willing to reimburse the costs incurred during the process of testing if the applicant has passed the final stages of testing and withdrew unilaterally.
    • Willing to hand over the original academic diploma to PT Pegadaian (Persero).
