PT Semen Padang - PTSP or more popularly called Semen Padang is a long standing Indonesian cement company and is a subsidiary of state-owned cement giant PT Semen Indonesia (Persero). As of December 2015, Semen Padang is 99.99% owned by PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) and 0.01% Semen Padang Family Cooperative. Semen Padang was first established in 18 March 1910 as a Dutch Company under the name of NV Nederlandsch Indische Portland Cement Maatschappij (NV NIPCM). The Company was nationalized by the Government of of Indonesia on 5 July 1958. Based in Padang West Sumatera, Semen Padang runs its business through 6 production plants with installed production capacity of 7.4 million tons per year.
In term of financial performance, Semen Padang registered a 1.86% growth in total revenue of Rp 6,528.32 billion as compared with Rp 6,408.76 billion in 2014. Requirements

- A maximum of 25 years old for fresh graduate candidates.
- A maximum of 30 years for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the field of science.
