PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk - HIL or referred to as "Holcim Indonesia" is one of the largest cement producers in Indonesia, headquartered in Jakarta. It has 3 cement factories at Narogong West Java, Cilacap Central Java, and Tuban East Java with total installed production capacity of 11 million tons cement per year. Holcim Indonesia also supported by 1 grinding facility in Ciwandan Banten and 1 subsidiary company, namely PT Holcim Beton. Holcim Indonesia was established in 1967 and initially registeredas PT Semen Cibinong. The name Holcim Indonesia was established in 2006. PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk is a local subsidiary company of world leading cement producers Holcim Ltd (Holcim Group). At present, Holcim Group holds 80.65% shares in Holcim Indonesia, while the rest was owned by public.
In term of financial performance, Holcim Indonesia reported total net sales of Rp 9,239 billion in 2015. This reflected a 2.65% down from total net sales in 2014 amounted to Rp 9,484 billion. Requirements
- Background in Bachelor or Master degree (S1/S2), majoring in Mining, Geology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
- Strong academic results with a minimum GPA of 2.75 out of 4.00.
- Ready to be on board by May 2017.
- Demonstrated solid exposures in organizational experience, internships, community activities throughout the last 2 years.
- Possess excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (business level).
- You are genuinely put interest to others; teammates, customers, community. You are willing to do extra miles to get the best result for others.
- You don’t like to take free ride for your goals. You understand that you take charge for your career and be accountable for your own success. You have strong will to try new things.
- Willing to be relocated to all Holcim’s business location throughout Indonesia and other countries.
- You enjoy to collaborate with others in finding new solutions and create innovations.
- Have the permanent legal right to work in Indonesia.
