PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - BTN or known as "Bank BTN" is an Indonesian state-owned bank with strong business focus on mortgage loans. The Bank controls 33.57% of market shares in mortgage loans segments in Indonesia. Bank BTN is widely known nationwide as one of the oldest banks in Indonesia. Bank BTN effectively recorded an increase in total assets by 24.66%, which is Rp 214.17 trillion, compared to Rp 171,81 trillion in 2015. Nett profit recorded as Rp 2.62 trillion, 41.49% increased from Rp 1.85 trillion in the previous year. Requirements

• Indonesian citizens (WNI), Male and Female with the maximum age of 24 years old (not repeated in the 25th years on the recruitment year).
• Single/not married and willing not to get married for 2 years.
• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) with minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).
• Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
• Preferably good looking and have proportional weight.
• Does not have any family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / son / daughter / brother / sister).
• Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years.

Teller Service Staff (TS)

• Rekrutmen Wilayah 1 (DKI, Banten & Jabar)
• Rekrutmen Wilayah 3 (Sumatera)
• Rekrutmen Wilayah 4 (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku & Papua)

Requirements

• Indonesian citizens (WNI), Male and Female with the maximum age of 24 years old (not repeated in the 25th years on the recruitment year).
• Single/not married and willing not to get married for 2 years.
• Minimum Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent with average national exam score of at least 7.
• Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
• Preferably good looking and have proportional weight.
• Does not have any family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / son / daughter / brother / sister).
• Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years.

Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

• Indonesian citizens (WNI), Male and Female with the maximum age of 26 years old (not repeated in the 27th years on the recruitment year).
• Single/not married and willing not to get married during bond period.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00), preferably majoring in Economics (Management, Accounting, and Development Studies), Law (Civil and Criminal), Computer Science / Informatics Engineering, Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Electrical), Psychology and Statistics.
• Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
• Preferably good looking and have proportional weight.
• Does not have any family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / son / daughter / brother / sister).
• Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years.
