PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk - WIKA Group or hereinafter referred to as "WIKA" is a well-established and reputable state-owned company in Indonesia that is involved in integrated Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and investment. WIKA are engaged in diverse business categories; industry, infrastructure and building, energy and industrial plant, realty and property and investment. WIKA was founded in 1960 and initially registered as an electrical and water pipe installation company named Perusahaan Negara Bangunan Widjaja Karja (PN Widjaja Karja). WIKA was formed by the Government of Indonesia as the nationalization process of a Dutch company NV Technische Handel Maatschappij en Bouwbedijf Vis en Co or NV Vis en Co. In 1972, PN Widjaja Karja renamed into PT Wijaya Karya. Later in 2007, the Company went public and its shares are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with stock code WIKA. As of December 2015, WIKA is 65.05% owned by the Government of Indonesia  and 34.95% by general public and investors.

According to PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, WIKA showed a strong performance in 2015. WIKA recorded total net sales amounted to Rp 13,620 billion in 2015 or a growth of 9.28% over the previous year (Rp 12,436 billion in 2014). Total order booked in 2015 was Rp48,52 trillion. This total order booked equivalent with a 15.18% growth from Rp42,13 trillion in 2014.

General Requirements

• Education background in Bachelor Degree (S1) or equivalent, majoring in Civil Engineering (Structure, Transportation, Environmental) and Accounting. GPA min. 2.75 (for PTN) and 3.00 (for PTS) within 4.00 scales.
• Fresh graduate.
• Preferably Male.
• Not exceed 28 years of age.
• Have a good health history (weight balanced). 
• Not color blind (partial and total). 
• Fluent in English both oral and written (minimum TOEFL score of 500 or equivalent).
• Proficient computer application in the field.
• Motivated, energetic, adaptable and able to work in teams .
• Willing to be assigned in all working area of WIKA.
