- Education background in bachelor degree/S1 or master degree/S2 from relevant fields of studies (local/international).
- Grade Point Average (GPA)
- S1 : minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale.
- S2 : minimum cumulative GPA of 3.20 on a 4.00 grade scale..
- Maximum age for selection
- S1 : maximum age of 25 years old.
- S2 : maximum age of 28 years old.
- Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Unmarried.
- Willing to be relocated in all over Indonesia.
