According to PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, WIKA’s performance in 2016 improved over the previous year as indicated by an 15.04% increase in total net sales to Rp15,669 billion as of the end of December 2016, compared with Rp 13,620 billion at the same time last year. WIKA registered total net income amounted to Rp 1,147.14 billion in 2016 or 63.18% growth from Rp 703.00 billion in 2015. Total current assets in 2016 amounted to Rp 21,552.49 billion or equivalent with a 71.59% growth from Rp 12,560.28 billion in 2015.

Requirements
- Education background S1 or equivalent:
- Civil Engineering (Structure and Transport).
- Electrical Engineering (Power Lines).
- Mechanical Engineering.
- Accounting.
- Management.
- Law.
- Fresh Graduate
- Preferably Male.
- Maximum age of 28 years old.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS).
- Good health history (balanced weight).
- No color blind (partial / total)
- Able to speak English both orally and in writing (TOEFL equivalent score min 500)
- Proficient computer application in the field.
- Have motivation, energetic, adaptive and able to work together in team.
- Willing to be placed in all areas of the company's work operations
