According to PT Bank BNI Syariah Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, BIN Syariah booked total assets of Rp 28,314 billion in 2016 or significantly rise 23.01% from 2015 period worth as Rp 23,018 billion. Total net income amounted to Rp 277 billion in 2016, which represented an increase of 20.96% over total net income recorded in 2015 of Rp 229 billion.

Requirements
- Minimum Background in Bachelor Degree (S1), from all the majors except : Medical, Midwifery, and Nursing.
- Male/Female with maximum age
- Fresh graduate S1 : maximum age of 25 years old.
- Master Degree (S2) / experienced : maximum age of 28 years old.
- Single/not married.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 scale.
- Fluent in English (active) with minimum TOEFL ITP score of 400.
- Actively involved in organization or entrepreneurship.
- Have a good communication skill and strong motivation.
- Never been involved in a legal case.
- Willing to undergo a service bond.
- The first placement as an Account Officer at Branch Office of BNI Syariah throughout Indonesia.
