PT Indonesia Asahan Alumunium (Persero) - PT INALUM (Persero) or referred to as "INALUM" is an Indonesian government-owned corporation (BUMN) that is involved in aluminum smelter and power plant business, based in Asahan North Sumatera. It is completely owned by the government  INALUM was originally established in 1976 as a Joint venture company between the Government of Indonesia and Nippon Asahan Aluminium Co., Ltd (NAA). NAA is Japanese consortium of 12 Japanese investors, including Sumitomo Chemical Co. Ltd. and Mitsubishi Corporation. INALUM officially become the government-owned corporation (BUMN) in April 2014 based on the Government regulations No 26 of 2014. INALUM now has aluminum smelter plant in Kuala Tanjung, Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency North Sumatera. While its power plants is located at Paritohan, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. INALUM also supported by 2 liason offices at Medan and Jakarta. As of February 2015, INALUM supported by 1,937 trained staff.

In terms of financial performance, PT Indonesia Asahan Alumunium (Persero) registered total revenue of Rp 6,472 billion in 2014 or 4.11% growth as compared with Rp 6,216 billion in 2013. Total profit amounted to Rp 795 billion in 2014, which represented an increase of 165% over total profit recorded in 2013 of Rp 300 billion. General Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years and maximum age of 22 years old on 1 October 2017.
• Possess academic certificate SMA/SMK or Temporary academic certificate (SKL) for candidates who graduated in 2017.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Bringing SKCK at medical test.
• Willing to be placed in all working area of INALUM.
