Requirements
- Minimum background in Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
- Have experience of village development activities and / or community empowerment for at least 2 (two) years.

- Have experience in capacity building, regeneration and community organizing.
- Have a good understanding about the system of participatory development and village governance.
- Exceptional communications skills in both written and verbal.
- Capable and able to cooperate with village government officials.
- Computer literate, minimum Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and internet programs.
- Able to work full-time according to standard operational procedures and ready to reside in the duty location.

- Have experience in capacity building, regeneration and community organizing.
- Previous experience in facilitating cooperation between community institutions at village level.
- Have a good understanding about the system of participatory development and village governance.
- Able to provide training and mentoring include aspects of training facilitation, facilitation of cadre and mastering adult education methodology.
- Exceptional communications skills in both written and verbal.
- Capable and able to cooperate with village government officials.
