PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk - WIKA Group or hereinafter referred to as "WIKA" is one of the largest state-owned general construction companies in Indonesia. WIKA was formed by the Goverment of Indonesia as the nationalization process of a Dutch company NV Technische Handel Maatschappij en Bouwbedijf Vis en Co or NV Vis en Co. In 1972, PN Widjaja Karja renamed into PT Wijaya Karya. WIKA was officially listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Stock Code: WIKA) in 2007. As of December 2016, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk is 65.05% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 34.95% by general public and investors.

According to PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, WIKA’s performance in 2016 showed a significant increase compared to 2015. WIKA reported total net sales of Rp15,669 billion in 2016 or 15.04% growth from Rp 13,620 billion in 2015. In 2016, total net income achieved Rp502.45 billion, that was 63.18% higher thanRp 703.00 billion total net income booked in 2015. Referring to its annual report, WIKA booked total current assets of Rp 21,552.49 billion in 2016 amounted or equivalent with a 71.59% growth from Rp 12,560.28 billion in 2015.

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor (S1) or equivalent, majoring in Civil Engineering (Structure and Transportation and Accounting.
• Preferably Male.
• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS).
• Good Health History (balanced weight).
• No color blind (Partial / Total)
• Able to speak English both orally and in writing (minimum TOEFL score of 550 equivalent).
• Mastering computer software applications in the field.
• Willing to be placed in all areas of the company's work operations .
