Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan - PPATK is the Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (INTRAC). PPATK is the independent institution in Indonesian Government engaged in financial information intelligence with main duties in preventing and eradicating the crime of money laundering and financing of terrorism in Indonesia. LKPP was established in 17 April 2002 based on the Law No 15 of 2002 on Money Laundering. The organizational structure of PPATK comprise of Head, Deputy Head, Other Structural Positions, and Functional Positions. Since 26 October 2016, PPATK was lead by Kiagus Ahmad Badaruddin as a Head of PPATK. Kiagus Ahmad Badaruddin was appointed as Head of PPATK for the term of 2016-2021.
