Project Manager - Mining Site Area (Code : PM)
Requirements:
- Male.
- Education background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in mining and civil work project in similar role.
- Possess competency certification in “POM” Mining Indonesia is preferred.
- Previous management experience in an open pit mining industry is a distinct advantage, preferably in nickel commodity.
- Have a strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
- Familiar with mining and related regulations.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Willing to be located in remote are with periodic leave.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in mining operation.
- Possess competency certification in “POM” Mining Indonesia is preferred.
- Familiar with a wide range of mining equipment application.
- Strong leadership, creative, innovative and good communication skills.
- Good knowledge, understand and able to make Pit optimization and Design, Waste dump and Haul, Road Design, Short Term through to Life Of Mine Plans and Schedules, Rehabilitation planning, and monitoring.
- Strong sense of analytical thinking and a strategic planner.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Willing to be located in remote are with periodic leave.
Requirements:
- Preferably Male, maximum age of 40 years old.
- Education background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major that related to this position.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position, preferable in nickel and mineral mining company or mining contractor.
- Possess certification in POM and K3.
- Good knowledge about Health, Safety and Environment regulations in mining industry in Indonesia and SMKP Procedures.
- Able to identify HSE potential hazards and risk assessments.
- Able conduct HSE inspections.
- Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Computer literate, minimum MS Office and Visio.
Requirements:
- Preferably Male, maximum age of 35 years old.
- Education background Diploma degree in any major that related to this position.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Able to make project financial statements.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to be assigned in East Indonesia area, with locally hired.
