PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - Bank BTN or known as "PT Bank BTN (Persero) Tbk" is a reputable state-owned commercial bank in Indonesia, based in Jakarta and has business focuses on serving mortgage loans. Bank BTN maintains market share of between 33.57% in terms of mortgage loans segments in Indonesia. As a state-owned bank, Bank BTN is majority owned by the Government of Indonesia. As of December 2016, the Bank operates 65 branch offices and 1,830 ATMs spread across Indonesia.

• Not married and willing not to get married during the 2 years of service bond.
• Maximum age of 24 years old (not yet 25th birthday on the recruitment year).
• Minimum education S1 / D4 with minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.75 (4.00 scale).
• Minimum height of 160 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female).
• Weight proportional and good looking.
• Willing to undergo binding service for 3 years.
• Not having a family relationship with employees of Bank BTN (father / mother / child / sister / older brother).
