PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) - PT INKA (Persero) or referred to as "INKA" is a reputable state-owned integrated railways and urban transportation company in Indonesia. According to PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) 2016 Audit Financial Report as cited by JobsCDC.com, INKA booked total revenue of Rp1,881.00 billion in 2016. This number is up 51.22% from Rp1,243.83 billion in 2015. INKA reported total current year profit of Rp42.60 billion in 2016, an increase of 61.57% fro Rp26.36 billion in 2015.

- Education background in D3/S1, majoring in Secretary or Business Administration.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
- Minimum majoring accreditation "B".
- The candidate with prior experience as Secretary is preferred.
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
- Female, good looking with the maximum age of 25 years old on 1 October 2017.
- Minimum height of 157 cm and proportional weight.
- Have a good health, not color blind, drug-free, and no tattoos.
- Well-behaved and never involved in crime.
- Willing to sign the applicant's declaration letter which provided by INKA.
- Employment status : PKWT.
