Marketing Communication

Requirements

• Minimum background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring in Marketing or Communication.
• Have minimum 3 years experience in marketing or communication field.
• Strong understanding of the property industry.
• Have an experience in trade marketing for major multiples.
• Have an ability to prioritize and focus on the basis of commercial needs.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skill.
• Have an experience in managing event, such as open house, exhibition, media gathering.
• High level computer literacy is preferred.
• Have skills in administrating website, digital and social media.

M/E Engineer

Requirements

• Age around 23-27 years old.
• Minimum background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00 within 4.00 scales, majoring in Electro Engineering.
• Have minimum 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Operating knowledge of Ms. Office.
• Have a good knowledge of M / E, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance procedures.
• Have a good understanding about the PLC system.
• Have a good presentation skills.
• Able to communicate in English (active or passive).
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

Site Accounting Officer

Requirements

• Age around 23-27 years old.
• Minimum background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00 within 4.00 scales, majoring in Accounting.
• Have minimum 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Operating knowledge of Ms. Office and Accounting Programs.
• Have a good understanding about the financial statements (cash flow, balance sheet, and tax).
• Have a good presentation skills.
• Able to communicate in English (active or passive).
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

Site Tax Officer

Requirements

• Age around 23-27 years old.
• Minimum background in Diploma Degree (D3) from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00 within 4.00 scales, majoring in Taxation.
• Have minimum 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Operating knowledge of Ms. Office.
• Have a good presentation skills.
• Able to communicate in English (active or passive).
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

QC Officer

Requirements

• Age around 23-27 years old.
• Minimum background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00 within 4.00 scales, majoring in Civil Engineering.
• Have minimum 1 year of experience in the related field. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Operating knowledge of Ms. Office.
• Have a good presentation skill (with or without power point).
• Able to communicate in English.   
• Have strong competencies at management control, attention to detail, seeking information, teamwork and coordination.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

SHE Officer

Requirements

• Age around 24-30 years old.
• Minimum background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00 within 4.00 scales, majoring in Healthy and Safety discipline.
• Have minimum 2 years of experience in SHE/HSE role including responsibilities for provide coaching on site, planned and unplanned.
• Possess certification in Ahli Muda AK3 Konstruksi.
• Technical experience in OHSAS 18001 or ISO 14001 International Standards.
• Familiar with health, safety and environmental regulations / law.
• Operating knowledge of Ms. Office.
• Have a good presentation skill (with or without power point).
• Able to communicate in English.   
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

Site Legal Affairs

Requirements

• Age around 23-27 years old.
• Minimum background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00 within 4.00 scales, majoring in Law.
• Have minimum 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Operating knowledge of Ms. Office.
• Following developments on legal property.
• Have a good presentation skill.
• Able to communicate in English (active and passive).   
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
