- Fresh Graduate with the maximum age of 26 years old.
- Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable University with GPA min. 3.00, majoring in: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology Engineering, Accounting, Finance & Banking, Management, Psychology.
- Computer literate
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia is a must.
- Proven leadership and organizational/social activities.
