PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - Bank BTN is a long standing state-owned bank in Indonesia. The Bank was founded on 1897 during the Dutch Colonial era. The Bank was first established as Postspaarbank. In 1950, the Bank transformed to Bank Tabungan Pos, and renamed to Bank Tabungan Negara in 1963. The Bank is based in Jakarta and now has 4 regional offices, 71 branch offices, 242 sub branch offices, 478 cash outlets, 65 sharia outlets, 39 priority outlets, and 1,951 ATMs spread across Indonesia. Bank BTN has strong business competencies on mortgage sengement. Bank BTN controls market share of between 33.57% in terms of mortgage loans segments in Indonesia as at the end of December 2016.

Bank BTN performance achievement throughout the first half of 2017 (1H 2017) showed satisfactory results. According to Bank BTN Analyst Meeting Business & Financial Performances 30 June 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank BTN reported total net profits of Rp1,271 billion in the first half of 2017. This total net profit experienced growth of 21.95% year-on-year (YOY). Bank BTN posted Rp224,067 billion in total assets for the first half of 2017, an 18.23 % increase from Rp189,513 billion in the same period of last year.

Requirements

• Indonesian citizens (WNI).
• Male/Female.
• Not married and willing to not get married for 2 years.
• Maximum age of 24 years old (not yet 25th birthday on the recruitment year).
• Minimum high school education (SMA) or equivalent with an average grade of diploma at least 7.
• Minimum height 160 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female).
• Preferably good looking and proportional weight.
• Not having a family relationship with employees of Bank BTN (father / mother / child / sister / older brother).
• Willing to undergo binding service for 3 years.

• Willing to undergo binding service for 3 years.
