Available Functions and Requirements
Operations Development Program (ODP)
- Candidate holds at least a Bachelor degree (S1) in any major with GPA min. ≥ 3.00.
- Maximum age of 27 years old.
- Previous experience on Operations Unit, preferable for maximum 1 year.
- Active English (oral and written).
- Ability to work under pressures.
- Demonstrate the following qualities : integrity, high motivation, self-confidence, driven / energetic, good communication / interpersonal skills, professionalism.
IT Development Program (ITDP)
- Candidate holds at least a Bachelor degree (S1), preferable in Informatics Systems / Informatics Engineering with GPA min. ≥ 3.00.
- Maximum age of 27 years old.
- Previous experience on IT Unit, preferable for maximum 1 year.
- Excellent proficiency in English both written and spoken with IELTS score 6.0 or TOEFL score 500 (within 6 months).
- Ability to work under pressures.
- Demonstrate the following qualities : integrity, high motivation, self-confidence, driven / energetic, good communication / interpersonal skills, professionalism.
