PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk - BDI or more popularly called "Bank Danamon" is a reputable privately-owned banking company in Indonesia. Danamon was first established in 1956 and initially registered as Bank Kopra Indonesia (Bank Kopra). Later in 1976, Bank Kopra was transformed into Bank Danamon which derived from ‘dana moneter’ or monetary fund. Danamon was listed on the Stock Exchange on 6 December 1989 and its shares are traded with trading code BDMN. As of 31 December 2016, the shares of Danamon are owned by Asia Financial (Indonesia) Pte Ltd. (67.4%), JPMCB-Franklin Templeton Investment Funds (6.6%) and the general public and investors (26.1%).
 

Based in Jakarta, Danamon offer services through more than 1,859 office networks, and 1,437 ATMs spread in all over Indonesia. Its office networks include conventional branch offices, micro banking units (Danamon Simpan Pinjam/DSP), syariah units as well as branch offices of its subsidiaries. Danamon directly employs nearly 44,019 employes. Bank Danamon now has 3 key subsidiaries, namely PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk, PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika and PT Adira Quantum Multifinance.
Danamon generally recorded a good performance in the full year of 2016. According to PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, total net operating income in 2016 grew 25% to Rp4.9 trillion and total Net Profit After Taxes grew 12% to Rp2.7 trillion. Referring to its annual report, total assets in 2016 was down 7.42% at Rp 174.08 trillion as compared with Rp 188.05 trillion in 2015.

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor/Master degree (S1/S2) from respectable local and overseas universities.
• Strong academic results  : the minimum final GPA is 3.25 on a 4.00 grade scale.
• Both experienced (maximum 2 years) and fresh graduate candidates are highly welcome
• Age
• Fresh graduate : not exceed 23 years of age for undergraduate degree (S1) and 25 for master degree (S2).
• Candidate with maximum 2 years experience : not exceed 25years of age for undergraduate degree (S1) and 27 for master degree (S2).
• Highly motivated, result oriented, persistent and resilient person.
• Possess excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English language or have TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC score with minimum score of 500/6/550.
