PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PLN later known as "PT PLN (Persero)" is the Indonesia Electricity Company. PLN is the state electricity company of Indonesia and is the only state-owned company in the electricity power sector. PLN is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. PLN was first established in 1945 as Jawatan Listrik dan Gas under the Department of Public Works and Energy. PLN has a right to monopoly on electricity distribution in Indonesia. PLN conducting business in integrated electricity. Its business include generation, distribution, transmission and other electricity related services. Based Jakarta, the Company's operations are divided into 15 area offices spread across Indonesia. The Company now has 6 distribution unit offices, 2 Distribution and Load Control Centers, 6 Generation units, 14 Parent Project Units and 6 Central and Services Units spread across Indonesia. PT PLN (Persero) also supported by 11 key subsidiary companies.
In 2016, PLN succeeded in achieving acceptable and sound growth. According to PT PLN (Persero) Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PLN registered total revenue of Rp 217,347 billion in 2015. This number is up 12.37% from Rp 193,418 billion in 2014. Total net profit in 2015 amounted to Rp 15,585 billion. This reflected an 11.28% increase as compared with Rp 14,004 billion in 2014.

General Requirements
Preferably Male. Single/Unmarried and willing not to get married during the "Diklat Prajabatan" training program.
Age limit:
S1 / D. IV: Birth in 1991 and thereafter.
D-III: Birth in 1993 and thereafter.
Grade Point Average (GPA)
GPA ≥ 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale : Geology Engineering.
GPA ≥ 2.75 on a 4.00 grade scale : Electrical Engineering Power Lines, Electronics and Instrumentation, Civil Engineering.
For overseas graduates : should do the conversion GPA each with a GPA scale of 4 (4 being the highest value).
