Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia - LKPP is the National Public Procurement Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (NPPA). Based in Jakarta, LKPP is non ministerial government-agency in Indonesia which was formed by the Government of Indonesia to implement development and formulation of public procurement policies. LKPP has main tasks to formulate government procurement policy and regulations in Indonesia. In conducting its function and duties, LKPP is under the coordination of the State Minister for the National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Agency (Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS). LKPP has a reporting duty directly to the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
According to information found in the LKPP's website as cited by JobsCDC.com, LKPP was first established in 2005 and formerly known as a second echelon working unit in Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS named Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Publik (PPKPBJ) or the Center for Public Procurement Policy Development. The name of Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia was officially organized as an independent state-agency in 2007 under the Presidential Regulation No 106 of 2007. LKPP is organized as 1 Executive Secretary, 1 Inspectorate and 4 Deputy Chairs; Deputy Chair for Strategy and Policy Development, Deputy Chair for Monitoring Evaluation and Development of Information Systems, Deputy Chair for Human Resource Development and Deputy Chair for Legal Affairs and Complaints Handling. Since 3 July 2015, LKPP was lead by Agus Prabowo as the chairman of LKPP. LKPP's head office is registered at Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Jl Epicentrum Tengah Lot 11 B, Jakarta Selatan 12940.

General Requirements
- Male / Female, Indonesian Citizen (WNI), with the maximum age of 27 years old.
- Minimum S1 from a reputable university with minimum accreditation "B" BAN-PT, preferably majoring in Accounting / State Administration / Business Administration / Fiscal / Economics / Management.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.00 on 4.00 scale.
- Have minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in government office or public service area.
- Have high initiative in working and able to work under the target.
- Able to work individually and in teams.
- Competent knowledge of ng Microsoft Office and internet;
- Oriented to public services.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Be well behaved and never sentenced to imprisonment.
- Never been involved in Drugs
- Will not demand to be appointed Candidate Civil Servant (CPNS).
- Preferably have a proof of CAT results organized by Government Agency maximum in the last 2 (two) years with minimal composition:
- General Knowledge Test (TPU): 70
- General Intelligence Test (TIU): 75
- Personal Characteristic Test (TKP): 126
