Statement of Financial Position of Nindya Karya in 2016 showed a good performance. According PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Nindya Karya registered total income of Rp180.05 billion in 2016, up 162.38% from Rp68.62 billion in 2015. The total revenue in 2016 was Rp4.66 trillion or 101.24% from the target RKAP 2016 of Rp4.60 trillion. Compared to the achievement in 2015, it was an increase of 29.08% from Rp3.61 trillion.
In line with its continued expansion program, PT Nindya Karya (Persero) are currently taking applicants for the following position:
- Direktur Property (DP)
- Manager Marketing Property (MMP)
- Manager Pengendalian Produksi (MPP)
- Manager HSE (MHSE)
- Manager Engineering EPC (MENG)
- Manager Procurement EPC (MPROC)
- Contract Engineer EPC (CE)
- Age
- Age around 35-40 years old (2, 4, 5, 6, 7).
- Age around 40-50 years old (1, 3)
- Education background
- S1 Civil Engineering, preferably S2 (1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7)
- S1 Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering (5, 6)
- S1 in any field (2)
- Experience
- Previous experience in property management business for minimum 15 years (1) and 10 years (2).
- Previous experience in construction services business for minimum 15 years (3) and 10 years (4).
- Previous experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, thermal power plant projects for minimum 10 years as Procurement Engineer (6), minimum 10 years as Engineering Design (5) and 3 years (7).
- Previous experience in same position for minimum 5 years (2, 3, 4) and 3 years (5, 6, 7).
Have ability to formulate Long Term Business Strategy in property business and advantage for candidate who have experience as Director of Subsidiaries (1). - Skills and competencies
- Have the ability to formulate marketing strategy property based on market analysis and have a wide networking in property market (2).
- Have a good understanding about HSE management system and its implementation, able to formulate policy, strategy and action plan in the field of HSE and have experience in HSE Audit and Inspection (4).
- Have a good knowledge about international code and standard, engineering flow and procedure, and related software (5).
- Have a good knowledge regarding Indonesian and International Trade Regulations, have a good understanding about Negative List of Trade Department and have a good understanding Incoterm 2010 (6).
- Have a good knowledge regarding Law/Regulations related to contract documents in EPC projects and have a good knowledge regarding Indonesian and International EPC Project Regulations, minimum ANGLO SAXON (7).
- Fluent in English, both oral and written (2, 5, 6, 7).
