The Company formed as a nationalization result of Robbe Linde & Co. The name of PT Amarta Karya (Persero) was officially launched in 1972. PT Amarta Karya (Persero) is completely owned by the government of Indonesia. Amarta Karya now has 2 fabrication units in Bekasi West Java and Semarang Central Java.

- Akuntansi (FRESH GRADUATE)
- Arsitek (FRESH GRADUATE)
- Teknik Elektro (FRESH GRADUATE)
- Teknik Mesin (FRESH GRADUATE)
- Teknik Sipil (FRESH GRADUATE)
- Education background in Bachelor Degree or equivalent (D4/S1), majoring in following disciplines
- Accounting (1)
- Architecture Engineering (2)
- Electrical Engineering Power Lines (3)
- Mechanical Engineering with concentration in Construction and Fabrication (4).
- Civil Engineering.
- Have an outstanding academic record with minimum GPA 3.00 for PTN and 3.50 for PTS.
- Preferably Male.
- Have a high motivation, energetic, adaptation and able to work in a team.
- Willing to be placed in all working areas of PT Amarta Karya (Persero).
