PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - Bank BTN is a long standing state-owned bank in Indonesia. Bank BTN has strong business competencies on mortgage segement. Bank BTN controls market share of between 33.57% in terms of mortgage loans segments in Indonesia as at the end of December 2016. Bank BTN was first established in 1897 during the Dutch Colonial era and initialy registered as Postspaarbank. In 1950, the Bank transformed to Bank Tabungan Pos, and then renamed to Bank Tabungan Negara in 1963. Bank BTN went public and conducted its initial public offering (IPO) on 17 December 2009. Bank BTN's shares were listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under stock code BBTN. As of 30 June 2017, Bank BTN is 60% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 40% by public shareholders. Bank BTN is based in Jakarta and now has 4 regional offices, 71 branch offices, 242 sub branch offices, 478 cash outlets, 65 sharia outlets, 39 priority outlets, and 1,951 ATMs spread across Indonesia.

According to PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Analyst Meeting Business & Financial Performances 30 June 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank BTN booked total net profits of Rp1,271 billion in the first half of 2017. This total net profit experienced growth of 21.95% year-on-year (YOY). Bank BTN posted Rp224,067 billion in total assets for the first half of 2017, an 18.23 % increase from Rp189,513 billion in the same period of last year.

Requirements

• Indonesian citizens.
• Not married and willing not to get married during the service bonds period.
• Maximum age  of 26 years old (not yet 27th birthday on the recruitment year).
• Minimum S1 from reputable university (PTN/PTS) with cumulative GPA of at least 3.00 (4.00 scale), preferably majoring in Economics (Management, Accounting and Development Studies), Law (Civil and Criminal), Computer Science / Informatics Engineering, Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Electrical), Psychology and Statistics
• Minimum height of 160 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female).
• Weight proportional and attractive.
• Willing to undergo office bond for 5 years.
