Requirements
- Minimum education background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable University, majoring in Accounting with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Have working experience in the same field (min 1 year).
- Age between 23-27 years old.
- Operating knowledge of Ms Office.
- Have a good understanding about the financial statements (cashflow, balance sheet, and tax).
- Have a good presentation skills.
- Able to communicate in English (active or passive).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
Requirements
- Minimum education background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable University, majoring in Architecture with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Have working experience in the same field (min 1 year).
- Age between 23-27 years old.
- Operating knowledge of Ms. Office, Autocad, Sketch Up, Photoshop and any other programs that support the work.
- Preferably have experience in designing High Rise Building.
- Have an understanding of shopdrawing.
- Have a good presentation skills.
- Able to communicate in English (active or passive).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

- Minimum education background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable University, majoring in Civil Engineering / Architecture.
- Holds around 3-5 years of experience as Engineering Manager / Construction Manager in national contractor / developer company (private / BUMN).
- Have a good understanding of project cost control.
- Have a good understanding of just in time management, purchasing, and supply chain.
- Have a good understanding about the management of tools and logistics.
- Have a good understanding of QSHE planning & controlling.
- Have a good understanding of Project Risk Management.
- Have a good understanding about the VE process and project cash flow.
- Have good negotiation and team work skills.
- Have a good understanding about the business process in property industry.
