PT Toyota-Astra Motor - TAM or referred to as "Toyota-Astra Motor" a leading automotive company in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, Toyota-Astra Motor now supported by 5 main dealers spread in all over Indonesia, comprise of PT Astra International Tbk - Toyota Sales Operation (Auto2000), PT Agung Automall, PT Hasjrat Abadi, PT New Ratna Motor (Nasmoco), and NV Hadji Kalla Trd Co. According to PT Astra International Tbk Annual Report 2016 as quoted by JobsCDC.com, Toyota sold 382,610 units of vehicles (including Lexus brand) in the full year of 2016. This number is up 19% from 322,466 units in 2015.

1. Staff Development Program (SDP)
2. Officer Development Program (ODP)

General Requirements

• Education background (GPA > 3.00)
• SDP : Diploma Degree (D3), open for Administration, Management, Accounting and All Engineering background.
• ODP : Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/S2), open for Management, Accounting, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Informatics Engineering.
• Maximum age of 25 years old for SDP and 27 years old for ODP.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Preferably for those who have organizational experience.
