- Preferably Male, minimum height of 160 cm.
- Maximum age of 26 years old.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum Associate Degree (D3), majoring in Accounting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Industrial Engineering.
- Not color blind (Partial/Total),
- Have a good health history.
- Adaptive, learner and persistent.
- Willing to be placed in all operational area of WIKA Gedung.
