- Preferably Male. Maximum age of 26 years old.
- Minimum Associate Degree (D3) with minimum GPA of 3.00, majoring in one of these majors
- Accounting.
- Architecture.
- Civil Engineering.
- Industrial Engineering.
- Mechanical Engineering.
- Electrical Engineering (Power Lines).
- Have a good health history and not color blind (Partial/Total).
- Minimum height of 160 cm.
- Adaptive, learner and persistent.
- Willing to be placed in all operational area of WIKA Gedung.
