PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk - WIKA is a state-runs construction firm. Based in Jakarta, WIKA has its business activities focused in 5 business pillars ; industry, infrastructure and building, energy and industrial plant, realty and property, and investment. The Company was formed  by the Government of Indonesia in 1960 as the nationalization process of a Dutch company NV Technische Handel Maatschappij en Bouwbedijf Vis en Co or NV Vis en Co. The Company originally registered as Perusahaan Negara Bangunan Widjaja Karja (PN Widjaja Karja) with principal business in the electrical, water pipe installation. Later in 1972, PN Widjaja Karja renamed into PT Wijaya Karya. In 2007, WIKA went public and officially listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). WIKA's shares are traded on IDX under reference code WIKA. As of December 2016, WIKA is 65.05% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 34.95% by general public and investors.

In the first semester of 2017 (6M-2017, ended in 30 June 2017), WIKA maintain consistency in making positive performance. According to PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk 6M-2017 Consolidated Financial Statements as cited by JobsCDC.com, WIKA reported total net sales of Rp9,484.44 billion in 6M-2017. This number is up 51.18% compared to Rp 6,033.74 billion in the same period previous year (6M-2016). WIKA's total operating income in 6M-2017 reached Rp 976.76 billion with 58.52% increase compared to 6M-2016 which was Rp 616.16 billion.

Calon Pegawai (PPCP)

Requirements

• Have a bachelor degree or equivalent (S1/D4), majoring in following disciplines
• Civil Engineering (Structure and Transportation).
• Accounting.
• HSE Engineering (K3).
• Preferably Male.
• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Strong academic result with a GPA score min 3.00 for PTS and 2.75 for PTN (scale 4.00).
• Have a good health history (balanced weight) and not color blind (partial/total)
• English language proficiency, both oral and written (minimum TOEFL score of 500 or equivalent, TOEFL from a certified language institutions).
• Proficient computer application in the field.
• Willing to be placed in all working areas of WIKA.
