Marketing Staff

Requirements

• D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• Strong understanding about the planning and calculation of project costs.
• Strong understanding about the law or regulation regarding tenders, both direct or electronic tenders.
• Strong understanding about general manufacturing production process.
• Mastering shop drawings and design calculation.
• Have experience in marketing, project / consultant.

Civil Engineer

Requirements

• D3 / S1 Civil Engineering, Watering/Irrigation Engineering.
• Able to read shop drawings.
• Strong understanding in the field of construction and design analysis.
• Operating knowledge of engineering software in the field.
• Have experience in civil, project / consultant.

Electrical Engineer

Requirements

• D3 / S1 Electrical Engineer, Electricity Engineering.
• Strong understanding about the basic manufacture of electrical drawing system.
• Operating knowledge of engineering software in the field.
• Strong understanding about the electrical work system.
• Strong understanding about the process of making an electrical plan.

Mechanical Engineer

Requirements

• D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering, Design and Manufacturing Engineering.

• Operating knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD 3D).

Process Engineer / Process Safety

Requirements

• S1 Chemical Engineering.
• Strong understanding about the flow of production processes in the field of Manufacturing and Project Management.
• Strong understanding in the field of construction and design analysis.
• Operating knowledge of engineering software (HISTY, CAMCAD, AutoCAD / other Software).
• Have experience in engineering process / Process Safety.

Production & Planning Control Staff

Requirements

• D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• Strong understanding about the basics of PPC and Shop Drawing.
• Strong understanding about the flow of production process and Procurement.
• Operating knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
• Strong understanding about the material requirements planning (MRP) and Inventory.
• Preferably have experience in the field of PPC / Warehouse / Logistic.

Quality Control Staff

Requirements

• D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering.
• Able to read shop drawings.
• Strong knowledge of the material and its specifications.
• Operating knowledge of AutoCAD / Shop Drawing software.
• Strong understanding about the theory / basics of welding science and metal science.
• Strong understanding about the manufacturing process, machining, and inspection procedures.

Estimator Staff

Requirements

• D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong understanding about the planning and calculation of project costs.
• Strong understanding about shop drawing and cutting plan.
• Strong understanding about the law or regulation regarding tenders, both direct or electronic tenders.
• Strong understanding about the general manufacturing production process.

Maintenance Staff

Requirements

• D3 Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong understanding about the basics of machinery and electrical.
• Strong understanding about the details of machine and electrical components.
• Strong understanding about PLC and Machine Maintenance Management.
• Preferably have experience in the field of maintenance.

Risk Management Staff

Requirements

• D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,
• Strong understanding about the flow of production process field of Foundry / Manufacturing.,
• Strong understanding about the production management system and its problems.
• Strong understanding about the basics of risk identification process.
• Have a high analytical thinking.
• Preferably have experience in the field of risk management.

HSE Officer

Requirements

• D4 HSE Engineering or S1 Environmental Engineering
• Strong understanding about the flow of production process field of Foundry / Manufacturing / Construction.
• Strong understanding about K3LH systems and procedures (planning, implementation and reporting).
• Possess certification in Ahli K3 Umum.
• Preferably have experience as HSE Officer in factory or construction project.

Supply Chain Staff

Requirements

• D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong understanding about the basics of PPC and Shop Drawing.
• Strong understanding about the flow of production processes and project management.
• Strong understanding about the procedure of purchase and procurement of goods (export import).
• Strong understanding about the technical specifications of the equipment.
• Preferably have experience in the field of PPC, Purchasing / Logistic.

Instrument Engineer

Requirements

• S1 Physics Engineering.
• Have a solid technical understanding in the field of project design.
• Have a good knowledge related to project management.
• Have a solid technical understanding in the field of engineering engineering, especially for installation and instrument (plant).
• Expertise in software engineering.

Piping Engineer

Requirements

• S1 Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering or D4 Piping Engineering.
• Have a solid technical understanding in project design.
• Operating knowledge of AutoCAD (3D) or 3D Modeling softwares.
• Able to read isometric drawing.
• Have a solid understanding in the field of piping materials.

NON ENGINEERING POSITIONS

Administration Staff

Requirements

• D3 Management, Filing.
• Have good administrative skills.
• Strong understanding about the basics of archiving.
• Operating knowledge of Ms Office and its supports softwares.
• Preferably have experience in administration for at least 1 year.

HR Staff

Requirements

• D3 Management.
• Advanced knowledge of HRD systems and administration.
• Active, creative and understanding about the work area of HRD field.
• Strong understanding about the system of recruitment, training and human resources development
• Strong understanding about  the labor laws
• Preferably have experience in HRD Administration for at least 1 year.

Marketing Staff

Requirements

• D3 / S1 Marketing Management.
• Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Have experience as a marketing.
• Have a good understanding in the field of market intelligence and market analysis / research.

Auditor

Requirements

• S1 Accounting.
• Have a good understanding about the financial database program.
• Have a good understanding about the preparation of budget and financial statements.
• Have a good understanding about taxation and financial management.
• Have experience in Public Accounting Firm or experience as internal auditor for at least 1 year.
• Strong analytical skills and have solid understanding about audit techniques.
