Requirements
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4) from a reputable university accreditation A, majoring in Civil Engineering.
- Willing to be placed in all site project of ADHI Beton.
- Willing to work with target, quality, and time strictly.
- Preferably experienced in the field of BOX GIRDER production.
- Mastering operational cost control.
- Focus on cost, quality and time.
- Able to build staff under it.
- Able to communicate well in the work environment, customer and supervisor.
- Mastering the working methods and precast production.
- Mastering JMF.
- Mastering QHSE Precast Industry.
- Able to work in an organization team.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 40 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4) from a reputable university accreditation A, majoring in Civil Engineering or SMK/D3 with minimum 5 years of experience in BOX GIRDER work.
- Willing to be placed in all site project of ADHI Beton.
- Willing to work with target, quality, and time strictly.
- Preferably experienced in the field of BOX GIRDER production.
- Mastering human resource control.
- Focus on cost, quality and time.
- Able to build staff under it.
- Able to communicate well in the work environment, customer and supervisor.
- Mastering the working methods and precast production.
- Mastering JMF.
- Mastering QHSE Precast Industry.
- Able to work in an organization team.
