In term of financial performance, Nindya Karya booked positive growth in 2016. According PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Nindya Karya registered total income of Rp180.05 billion in 2016 or up 162.38% from Rp68.62 billion in 2015. The total revenue in 2016 was Rp4.66 trillion or 101.24% from the target RKAP 2016 of Rp4.60 trillion. Compared to the achievement in 2015, it was an increase of 29.08% from Rp3.61 trillion.

Requirements
- Male.
- Maximum age of 40 years old.
- Minimum S1 Civil Engineering (Structure).
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Project Manager in Road Project.
- Possess SKA GSI Road and Bridge.
- The candidate with prior experience in state-owned construction company is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Requirements
- Male.
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum D3 Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Project Executive in Road Project.
- Possess SKA Road and Bridge Executive.
- The candidate with prior experience in state-owned construction company is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Requirements
- Male.
- Maximum age of 27 years old.
- Minimum D3 Taxation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Tax Staff.
- Posses certification in Tax Brevet A and B.
- The candidate with prior experience in state-owned construction company is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Requirements
- Male.
- Maximum age of 27 years old.
- Minimum D3/S1 Communication/Broadcasting/Journalism/Visual Communication Design.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Marketing Communication/Corporate Communication or Copy Writer.
- Operating knowledge of computer (word, excel, power point and Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator/Adobe After Effect/Adobe Premiere, Adobe Design).
- Able to create design, photography and videography.
- Able to write news.
- Able to maintain relationship.
- The candidate with prior experience in state-owned construction company is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
