Business Development Representative

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable university. Preferably majoring in Chemical Engineering.
• Maximum 2 years of experience in plastic / chemical related field. Fresh Graduate candidates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia to provide efficient and effective coordination and communication role; good command of mandarin or Chinese dialect will be a plus. Campus hire is acceptable.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written – English speaking required) and interpersonal skills (will be working with other work groups, companies and regions).
• Good market knowledge about Indonesia to jump start business growth immediately.
• Good planning and coordination skills to ensure clear strategic focus, priorities and alignment to Business objectives.
• Basic technical knowledge and polymer application technology to accelerate new business growth.
• Good presentation skills.
• Location : Jakarta.
