Requirements
- High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio.
- Understanding Business Process, Function and System Organization in Contact Center.
- Understanding Key Performance Indicator of Service Delivery.
- Understanding Performance Management and Knowledge Information System.
- Computer literate (specifically Microsoft Office).
- Target oriented problem solving approach and customer oriented.
- Strong and excellent analytical skill and business strategic orientation.Strong skills Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business process and workflows.
- Good Communication and presentation skill.
Requirements
- Good technical and IT knowledge.
- Preferable has more than 5 year experience in charging & billing aspects of telecommunication.
- Good communication skill in English.
- Has good analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in the charging & billing area.
- Working knowledge in DBMS.
- Good knowledge in Linux and UNIX.
- Good knowledge in programming language, especially in PL/SQL.
- Good knowledge in programming language, especially in PL/SQL.
