PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV - PTPN XIV or known as PTPN 14 is a reputable plantation and agribusiness company in Indonesia. Based in Makassar South Sulawesi, PTPN 14 has plantation area in South Sulawesi, South East Sulawesi, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) and North Maluku. PTPN 14 has main business commodities in Sugar, Palm oil, rubber, cocoa, coconut and cattle. PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV is a holding member of state-owned agricultural holding company PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero). At present, PTPN 3 Group is the majority shareholder at PTPN 14, with 90% of ownership. Other 10% remaining shares in PTPN 14 was owned by the Government of Indonesia. - Educational Required
- S1/DIV Economics Accounting.
- S1/DIV Economics Management.
- S1/DIV Law.
- S1/DIV Electrical Engineering.
- S1/DIV Chemical Engineering/Chemistry MIPA.
- S1/D4 Informatics Engineering.
- S1/DIV Agronomy, Agricultural Technology, Agribusiness,
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 for PTN and 3.25 for PTS out of 4.00 scale.
- Maximum age of 27 years old on 31 December 2018.
Requirements for Internal Applicants
- Employment Status of Executive Employees and / or PKWT.
- Position in accordance with the required formation, as evidenced by the last decree/SK.
- Maximum age of 45 years old on 31 December 2018.
- Minimum 2 years of working period as evidenced by Contract Letter or Appointment Letter.
- Minimum S1/DIV in any field.
- Never received a warning letter in the past year.
General Requirements
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
- Willing to be placed in all working area of PTPN XIV.
- Male are required for Agronomy, Agricultural Technology, Agribusiness, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
- Computer literate, minimum MS Office.
- Skilled in AutoCAD for Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Chemical Engineering/Chemistry MIPA.
- Physically and mentally healthy, as evidenced by medical certificate.
- Not color blind as evidenced by medical certificate.
- Drug free as evidenced by medical certificate.
- Never punished for committing a crime as evidenced by SKCK.
- Never dismissed with disrespect from government or private agencies or entities.
