- Minimum Diploma (D3) from an accredited university with minimum GPA of 3.00, majoring in any field, except Medical Science, Midwifery or Nursing.
- Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
- Demonstrated good communication skill and highly motivation.
- Placement area : Palangkaraya.
