Telkom Group is majority owned by the Government of Indonesia. As of December 2016, Telkom Group is 52.09% owned by the government of Indonesia and 47.91% by Public. According to information found in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Annual Report 2016 as quoted by JobsCDC.com, Telkom Group registered total revenue of Rp116,333 billion in 2016. This number is up 13.53% year-on-year (YOY) from Rp102,470 billion in 2015. Telkom Group's total profit experienced growth of 25.11% YOY to Rp29,172 billion in 2016 from Rp23,317 billion in previous year.

- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 grade scale (for S1) or 3.25 on a 4.0 grade scale (for S2)
- Age as of 1 June 2018
- Maximum age of 24 years old for S1.
- Maximum age of 27 years old for S2.
- Has received recognition and award on achievement acquired e.g. academic, social, cultural or sporting achievements.
- Actively involved in student organizations.
