Requirements

• Education background in Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
• Required experience for minimum 5 years in the related field is required for this position
• Responsible in managing end-to-end all recruitment and selection process.
• Responsible in socializing and monitoring employee activities in culture activation program.
• Expertise with interview based competency, selection and assessment process.
• Technical experience in secondary sourcing specialties such as internet searches, passive candidates approach and communicating professionally in online social network environments.
• Must have good interpersonal skill, effective communication and able to work in a team.
• Willing to be placed in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) Tangerang.
