As a state-owned company, Telkom Indonesia is majority owned by the Government of Indonesia. As of December 2017, Telkom Indonesia is 52.09% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 47.91% by general public and investors. In term of financial positions, Telkom Indonesia’s performance in 2017 improved over the previous year. According to information found in PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2017 as quoted by JobsCDC.com, Telkom Indonesia managed to record total revenue of Rp128,256 billion in 2017. This number is up 10.24% year-on-year (YOY) from Rp116,333 billion in 2016. Telkom Indonesia's total profit in 2017 experienced growth of 12.09% YOY to Rp32,701 billion from Rp29,172 billion in 2016 in previous year.

Great People Internship Program (GPIP)
GPIP is a certified internship program from Telkom Indonesia which is opened for graduates of SMK, Diploma, S1 & S2. GPIP was launched to increase knowledge, ability, skills and the introduction of work environments to apprentices with the guidance of the best mentors in all the best areas of Telkom Indonesia.
The internship opportunity was opened in 7 Telkom Indonesia's regional cities: Medan, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Balikpapan, and Makassar and other cities determined by Telkom. The implementation time is 6 months and can be extended once.
Requirements
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
- Education background SMA, Diploma, S1 and S2 with maximum graduation time of 1 year.
- Already 18 years old and not yet 25 years old as of 1 November 2018.
- Single/not married.
- Do not have work experience.
- Meet administrative, health and selection requirements
