Corporate & Commercial Law 2 Specialist

Requirements

• Minimum S1 degree, majoring in Law.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Civil Law / Non Litigation.
• Good skill in legal drafting.
• Advanced knowledge of corporate law, contract management, negotiation techniques, mining law, agrarian law.
• Have general knowledge of dispute resolution through ADR, legal financial transactions.
• Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
• Possess certification in HKHPM (Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants) is preferred.

ERP Business Analyst (Stream Production Planning / Quality Management)

Requirements

• Minimum S1 degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Computer, Informatics, Information System.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Analyst Stream Production Planning and Business Analyst Stream Quality Management.
• Minimum 1 experience as implementing full-cycle SAP Stream Production Planning and Stream Quality Management.

ERP Business Analyst (Stream Sales and Distribution)

Requirements

• Minimum S1 degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Computer, Informatics, Information System.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Analyst Stream Sales and Distribution.
• Minimum 1 experience as implementing full-cycle SAP Stream Sales and Distribution.

General Requirements

• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).
• Minimum TOEFL score of 500 / TOEIC min. 650 / IELTS min. 6.5.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Willing to be placed in all working area of ANTAM (unit/business unit/subsidiary).
