Officer Manajemen Human Capital SDM (MT-HC SDM)

Requirements

• S2 degree in Human Resource (HR) Management or other majors related to HR Management.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Preferably those who have experience with relevant positions a maximum of 2 years.
• Have competence as an assessor.
• Maximum age of 28 years as of 31 December 2018.
• Active and passive English skills (oral and written).
• Enthusiastic and able to work with the team.
• Able to learn and develop themselves.
• Willing to be placed in all areas of the company.

Officer Psikologi Manajemen Human Capital (MT-HC P)

Requirements

• S1 degree in Psychology.
• Fresh Graduate with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Preferably those who have experience with relevant positions for at least 2 years.
• Maximum age of 28 years as of 31 December 2018.
• Active and passive English skills (oral and written).
• Enthusiastic and able to work with the team.
• Able to learn and develop themselves.
• Willing to be placed in all areas of the company.

Officer Keuangan (MT-KEU)

Requirements

• S1 degree in Accounting, Financial Management.
• Fresh Graduate with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Preferably those who have experience with relevant positions for at least 2 years.
• Maximum age of 28 years as of 31 December 2018.
• Active and passive English skills (oral and written).
• Enthusiastic and able to work with the team.

Officer Dukungan Bisnis (MT-DUKBIS)

Requirements

• S1 degree in Business Management, Financial Management.
• Fresh Graduate with minimum GPA of 2.75.

Officer Hukum (MT-HKM)

Requirements

• S2 degree in Maritime Law or similar majors
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.

• Fresh Graduate with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Preferably those who have experience with relevant positions for at least 2 years.
• Maximum age of 28 years as of 31 December 2018.
• Active and passive English skills (oral and written).
• Enthusiastic and able to work with the team.
• Able to learn and develop themselves.
• Willing to be placed in all areas of the company.

Officer Pengembangan Usaha (MT-PU)

Requirements

• S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Shipping, Shipping System, Marine.
• Fresh Graduate with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Preferably those who have experience with relevant positions for at least 2 years.
• Maximum age of 28 years as of 31 December 2018.
• Active and passive English skills (oral and written).
