- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the Property Industry.
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
- Have EPIC spirit (Entrepreneurship, Professionalism, Innovation & Competitive).

- Minimum S1 degree, Department of Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering.
