Komisi Pemilihan Umum - KPU is the National Election Commission of Indonesia. KPU is a state institution that organizes general elections in Indonesia. According to information found in Article 10 of Law 3/1999 concerning General Elections and Article 2 of Presidential Decision 16/1999 concerning the Establishment of the National Election Commission and Its Secretariat General’s Organization and Work Procedures, KPU’s tasks and authority are as follows: to plan and prepare election management, to accept submission, examine, and establish political parties eligible to compete in an election, to establish the Indonesian Election Commission, which will coordinate election management from central down to each polling stations, to establish the number of seats for each legislative bodies (DPR, Provincial DPRD, and Regency/Municipal DPRD) in each electoral district, to establish legislative election results (DPR, Provincial DPRD, and Regency/Municipal DPRD) in each electoral district, to collect and systematically arrange materials and data for Election results data, and to lead stages of Election management

KPU is based in Jakarta and its organization structure is organized as 1 Executive Secretary, 1 Inspectorate and 7 bureaus, comprise of Planning and Data Bureau, Finance Bureau, Legal Bureau, General Bureau, Human Resources Bureau, Technical and Public Participation Relations Bureau, Logistics Bureau. KPU's head office is registered at Jl Imam Bonjol 29 Jakarta Pusat 10310.

General requirements
  • Maximum age of 30 years old on 2 January 2019.
  • Neat and attractive appearance
  • Residing in the Jakarta and surrounding areas.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to sign a statement consisting of:
    1. Not a member of a political party;
    2. Willing to work full time is not hindered by working hours and working on holidays / national holidays;
    3. Not being tied to a work contract from any agency;
    4. Not being educated at any level;
    5. Not demanding more than the rights contained in the employment contract;
    6. Never violate the law that harms the State;
    7. Do not demand to extend the contract.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) in all majors, preferably majoring in Computer / IT with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Information Technology and Graphic Design. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Have the ability in the field of administration and finance.
  • Have the expertise to operate a computer (especially Ms. Excel / Ms. Word / power point) internet and Data Processing Applications and expertise in making slides / exposures.
  • Active and able to use Social Media Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and others.
  • Able to operate Adobe Photoshop and video editing in the context of socialization, publication and education.
