- Male / Female, maximum age of 25 years old.
- Minimum education D3 (Accredited University).
- Graduated from all departments, except Medicine, Midwifery and Nursing
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 on 4.00 scale.
- Minimum height of 160 cm (Male), and 155 cm (Female).
- Single / not married.
- Have high communication and motivation skills
