PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PT PLN (Persero) or known as "PLN" is the Indonesia Electricity Company. PLN is the national electricity company of Indonesia. PLN is the only state-owned company in the electricity power sector in Indonesia. PLN engaged in integrated electricity. Its business include
generation, distribution, transmission and other electricity
related services. PLN was first established in 1945 as
Jawatan Listrik dan Gas under the Department of Public Works and Energy. PLN is a non listed state-owned compamy and is fully-owned by the
Government of Indonesia which represented by the Minister of State-Owned
Enterprises (SOE). PLN has a right to monopoly on electricity distribution in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, PLN's operation areas are divided into 15 area offices spread across Indonesia.
PLN now has 6 distribution unit offices, 2 Distribution and Load Control Centers, 6 Generation units, 14 Parent Project Units and 6 Central and Services Units spread across Indonesia. PT PLN (Persero) also supported by 11 key subsidiary companies.
According to information found in PLN Annual Report 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PLN maintain consistency in making positive performance. PLN registered total asset of Rp1,334.96 trillion in 2017. This number is up 4.93% from Rp1,272.18 trillion in 2016. PLN managed to record a total revenue of Rp255.30 trillion at the end of 2017 or equal to an increase of around 14.6% compared to Rp222.82 trillion in the previous year.

General Requirements
- Single/not married and willing to not get married during Pre-service Training period.
- Preferably Male.
- Graduated with S1/D4/D3 degree with an age limit:
- S1/D4 : born in 1993 and afterwards.
- D3 : born in 1995 and afterwards.
- Cumulative grade point average (GPA)
- Informatics Engineering, Management / Administration (Business, Marketing, Company, Commerce, Office) : GPA ≥ 3.00.
- Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation, Environmental Engineering : GPA ≥ 2.75.
Test location :
Jakarta, Palembang, Balikpapan dan Makassar, Denpasar, Padang.
