Requirements
- At least a Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience in landed housing project.
- Able to design master plan or building.
- Skilled in operating AutoCad, Sketchup, Rendering, and illustration.
- Placement: Jakarta, Medan, Parung Panjang.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience in high rise project.
- Able to design building.
- Skilled in operating AutoCad, Sketchup, Rendering, and illustration.
- Placement: Jakarta, Surabaya.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 45 years old.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing an Apartment.
- Strong understanding about service excellent.
- Strong understanding about standard of building management
- Strong understanding about K3
- Strong understanding about quality audit ISO 9001:2015
- Strong negotiation skill.
- Strong understanding about analysis of financial statements
- Strong understanding about MEP.

Requirements
- Age under 38 years old, possessing an attractive appearance
- At least a Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Marketing, Sales, Management, Business, Communication, Economy.
- At least 5 years experience in leasing management at prominent malls in big cities in Indonesia
- Demonstrated stong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability and experience as a leader, and able to lead team leasing & casual leasing in a large quantities.
- Ability in establishing marketing leasing plan, zoning, packing products, assigning price and creating concepts.
- Have a wide networking in commercial industry and tenant candidate’s database, also having connections with commercial consultant or agent.
- Able to work under pressure in order to achieve targets given.
- Placement: Jakarta.
