    • D3 / S1 Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Informatics Engineering / Information Systems
  • Have good understanding about the troubleshooting and maintenance of IT devices both hardware and software
  • Have good knowledge the provision of recommendations for the procurement of IT devices based on specifications.
  • Have good knowledge the configuration and installation of network devices.
  • Able to troubleshooting network devices
  • Have good knowledge the administration server
  • Able to troubleshooting server problems
  • Have good knowledge how to perform backup actions on the server
  • Positive and professional attitude while interacting with the user.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Have good understanding about Windows and Linux based servers
  • Have good understanding about the Unix / Linux / Windows operating system
  • Possess certification  or have attended training in CCNA / CCNP / RHSCA / MTCNE / MCSA / MCSE.

  • Able to implement & develop and develop ERP systems.
