- Have good knowledge the provision of recommendations for the procurement of IT devices based on specifications.
- Have good knowledge the configuration and installation of network devices.
- Able to troubleshooting network devices

- Have good knowledge how to perform backup actions on the server
- Positive and professional attitude while interacting with the user.
