Perusahaan Umum Pembangunan Perumahan Nasional - Perum Perumnas (hereinafter referred to as "PERUMNAS") is the national housing company of Indonesia. Total assets in 2017 amounted to Rp 7,998.43 billion, increased by 21.80% from Rp 6,566.99 billion in 2016.

Landed Housing Architect Staff (Professional Contract)
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Architecture.
- Required xperience in landed housing project for at least 3 years.
- Able to design masterplan or building.
- Skilled in operating AutoCad, Sketchup, Rendering, and illustration.
- Placement: Jakarta, Medan, Parung Panjang.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 38 years old, good looking
- At least a Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Marketing, Sales, Management, Business, Communication, Economy.
- Required experience in leasing management at prominent malls in big cities in Indonesia for at least 5 years.
- Demonstrated strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability and experience as a leader, and able to lead team leasing and casual leasing in a large quantities.
- Able in establishing marketing leasing plan, zoning, packing products, assigning price and creating concepts.
- Have a wide networking in commercial industry and tenant candidate’s database, also having connections with commercial consultant or agent.
- Able to work under pressure in order to achieve targets given.
- Job Placement : Head Office, Jakarta.
